The California Baton Council is hosting its annual General Assembly and Contest Directors’ Meeting Saturday, August 29, 2026. These meetings will be held via Zoom. If you did not receive the email with the Zoom link, Agenda, and 2025 – 2026 Meeting Minutes, please reach out to ca.baton.council@gmail.com and we will forward it to you.
If you would like to vote for the 2026 – 2027 Board of Directors, you must hold both a CBC Membership and USTA Membership for the 2026 – 2027 season (09/01/2026 – 08/31/2027).

PLEASE NOTE: There is no requirement for the level of USTA Membership. The USTA Alumni Membership is available for free to those that do not want/need a professional or athlete membership. USTA Membership renewals are now open. Please visit ustwirling.com to become a member or renew your membership. There is a new USTA membership structure for athletes for the upcoming season. Details are available under the Join tab of the USTA website.
Below is the projected timeline for the meetings on 08/29/2026
9:00 AM – Contest Directors’ Meeting
The 2026–2027 Parade of Tournaments and club-sponsored USTA-sanctioned competitions will be slated.
10:00 AM – General Assembly Meeting
2025–2026 Year in Review, followed by nominations and the election of the 2026–2027 CBC Board of Directors.
11:30 AM – 2026–2027 CBC Board Meeting (brief)
